Neuroscientists show that most of your decisions, actions, emotions and behavior depend on the 95 percent of brain activity that is beyond your conscious awareness, which means that 95 percent of your life comes from the programming in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind runs your body systems and controls your body functions such as walking and eating (you don’t think about how to walk one step at a time or how often to chew your food before you swallow– it’s a habit).
You might believe you’re living your life based on your desires yet your conscious mind controls only five percent of your life. So, wanting with your conscious mind is one thing, but your subconscious may have a totally different agenda.
Think about it this way – every second that you aren’t conscious of your thoughts or behaviors (being in the present moment and noticing what you’re thinking), your subconscious is operating outside your awareness. Your life is a reflection of the programs in your mind, and your primary programming that shaped your life was formed before you hit puberty.
Through hypnosis I help people understand that the most important part of creating their reality is being in the right place emotionally to let whatever it is they want, IN, and to let whatever it is they don’t want, OUT. Your mind is more malleable and moldable than you may believe. Once you become aware of how your mind works, you can work with your mind.
My Hypnotherapy sessions are aimed at changing old beliefs and clearing out obsolete, negative programs that no longer serve you in the present moment. Releasing and letting go of the past, together with making decisive and healthy choices in the present moment will bring about lasting and significant change. You can’t change the past – but we can work on transforming the way you feel about past events.
During sessions with me, you will be focussing more on the ‘good things’ and create a more positive-thinking program running in your subconscious. Your thoughts can become your reality.
By tapping into your subconscious brain you can get rid of any limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. You can replace the negative thoughts by planting new, helpful and supportive beliefs. Remember: your subconscious is your friend. Learn to trust that your subconscious will only absorb new ideas that are good for you.

1. Locate the source of the problem

3. Receive a custom hypnotherapy program
Tailored to your situation and your needs. A hypnosis audio file with your name, as well as a subliminal loop file with positive affirmations that you can listen to during the day – for your subconscious mind to absorb, while you’re doing the household or exercising.
2. Intake with Mia
You will be sent a questionnaire, and asked to tell us as much as you can (or feel comfortable with) about your personal situation, and where there is room for improvement.
4. A happier you
You’ll notice positive changes within a week or two; sometimes even after a couple of days. Mia will contact you after a month to check in, and see how you’re doing.
